Kat (way 2 go, Kat) lost her first tooth yesterday. And her second tooth today. She got pumped when she found out a “tooth fairy” would visit her room at nite to bring a special gift in exchange for her teeny-tooth. For some reason, known only to Kat, she presumed that this “tooth fairy” is a man. She went to sleep tonite eXtra quick so that this Fairy-Man, as she calls him, can visit again.
On the beach in Mombassa last month, she had her very first photo-shoot.
We’d been on the beach for about an hour when an Italian man came strolling down from the resort where the Europeans stay. He said he had seen Kat and thought she had a great smile. He told us about his work for Unicef and other organizations and asked if he could snap some of Kat playing in the water. She obliged, of course.
